The Trek Top Fuel 7 mountain bike is the aluminium version in the Top Fuel range and has a 120mm suspension debate. Geometry has been developed to offer a fun and fun mountain bike. It is the perfect partner for your trips between XC and trail.

The Top Fuel model was first a cross country vtt and then evolved to more versatility especially for descent and technical parts. The evolutions have focused on the geometry of the frame and its angles to offer a solid and efficient trail bike.

Now, the Top Fuel 7 is a mountain bike with stunning capabilities. Its modern geometry brings it a great liveliness without neglecting the pedal performance that must respect the roots of the Top Fuel.

Thanks to its great versatility, the Top Fuel has succeeded in being the perfect fusion between the XC and the Trail and it is seen as the new representative of a more “down country” practice. It is intended for pilots who are looking for an efficient bike with pedalling and with good descending abilities.

The Top Fuel is the small brother of the Fuel EX who has a 140mm debate and will be more suitable for deflated land.

Trek Top Fuel 7

The construction of the Top Fuel 7 is made using a very high quality alpha platinium aluminium, this alloy is an excellent compromise between rigidity and elasticity. The frame has a storage hatch in the diagonal tube, which allows you to store a number of uncomplicated cases such as a drying kit or a compressible jacket.

The Top Fuel 7 frame has the Mino Link system to diversify the frame settings easily. It is possible to adopt a lower setting with a more open angle for more stability or a higher and more closed setting for more speed and handling.

The Knock Block 2.0 device prevents cables from being removed in the event of a fall, especially if the handlebars were to turn around. However, it is possible to remove it, which has an advantage to carry its bike in a car safe.

The ABP suspension of a pivot placed above the pedal box and connect to the wheel with a concentric bearing, which allows the chain line to not be coerced between the pedal and the cassette. This technology makes it possible to significantly limit the wear of components by reducing the constraints they face and improving the operation of the transmission in failed singletracks.

To follow you everywhere, the Top Fuel is equipped with a Rockshox 35 Gold RL fork with a conical pivot and a 44mm deport (standard Boost).

The Fox Float performance DPS damper is a reference and will be perfectly suited to your requests in the deflated technical paths. It’s easy to maintain and not too much to be configured depending on your weight and driving by modifying the volume of air in the room using a volumetric hold, this technique allows you to slow down the compression at the end of the race and avoid heeling at the end of the race.

The wheels are also at the Boost 148 standard, the rear crossing axis is 12mm.

The transmission is equipped with a SLX gear lever, a Shimano XT derailleur and a Shimano Deore 10-51 tooth cassette in 12 speeds.

The Shimano Deore pedal has 30 teeth.
