Scicon is an emblematic brand in the world of cycling, founded in 1980 in a garage near Bassano del Grappa, Italy, in the heart of the cyclist industry. Initially created to solve the problem of bicycle transport for professional cyclists, Scicon has evolved over time to become a brand synonymous with adventure and innovation. With more than forty years of history, Scicon was adopted by some of the greatest names of cycling, such as Moser, Cipollini, Pantani, Indurain, Bettini, Boonen, Froome, Contador, Nibali, and Sagan.

In 2011, the ASG Group became Scicon's main shareholder, pushing the brand towards rapid and global expansion. In 2019, Scicon Sports expanded its expertise by entering the sports glasses industry, and quickly became a benchmark for cycling champions and enthusiasts. As early as 2020, after less than a year in the sports glasses market, Scicon won the Tour de France with Tadej Pogacar and was used by three World Tour teams: UAE Team Emirates, NTT Pro Cycling, and Israel Cycling Academy. These successes demonstrate the brand's commitment to innovate and dominate its field.

Today, Scicon Sports is present in more than 40 countries and has subsidiaries in the United States (San Diego), South Africa (Pretoria) and Australia (Melbourne). Its head office in Bassano del Grappa (Italy) houses a conceptual laboratory dedicated to the prototyping of bags, the production of technical sports clothing, and a glass assembly department.
