Ventilation

As comfortable as our high-end helmets, its design is very open to maximize low-speed ventilation. Its 26 aerations, 17 for air inlet and 9 for exhaust, work together with internal channels to ensure optimal ventilation.

Comfort

In addition to its ventilation performance, the Estro Mips is exceptionally comfortable. The 360° head belt of the MET Safe-T Upsilon retention system ensures that there will be no pressure points on the head. Its internal shape welcomes all forms of head, round or oval. The front part of the helmet has two dedicated openings to store sunglasses up or down.

MIPS protection

Using the MIPS-C2® ratioal impact management system, the MET Estro Mips is able to slide relative to the head in case of impact, redirecting the negative rotation forces. MIPS is a brain protection system designed to add protection to the classic helmet construction on certain types of impact. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached inside the helmet, between the comfort foams and the EPS.

Extended coverage of the skull

The extended head protection ensures a higher level of protection around the two most sensitive parts of the brain: the back and the temples. The shell is also completely covered with polycarbonate, which makes it more durable and avoids EPS being exposed to the elements.
